Deep Tech Accelerator: Hardware Edition is a non-equity program for startups combining artificial intelligence and physical devices.
We’re looking for early-stage teams with a prototype, MVP, or validated technology.
The goal — to help startups prepare for manufacturing, certification, scaling, and market entry.
Over four months [January–April 2026], participants will work with leading engineers, hardware founders, investors, and industry experts.
The program blends technical expertise and business strategy — from product optimization to fundraising and partnerships.
By the end of the program, participants will have everything they need to scale their product.
Who can apply?
- Hardware & deep tech startups at an early stage — teams with a prototype or MVP developing solutions in AI & ML, intelligent robotics, dual-use tech, IoT, electronics, aerospace, greentech, biotech, agritech, and related fields
- Technical founders and engineer-entrepreneurs — specialists in hardware, embedded systems, or manufacturing who want to strengthen business skills and connect with investors
- Researchers and academic teams — university or lab groups with validated technology that they are looking to commercialize

Maria has expertise in IT recruitment and works closely with Data Science consulting firms and international R&D centers in Ukraine.
She specializes in hiring for high-demand technology roles, helping companies attract tech talent across various roles and seniority levels and build strong teams behind innovative products.
Viktoria has 13 years of experience in HR and recruitment, including 10 years in the IT sector. She is a Techosystem Board Member and Head of the Techosystem HR Cluster. She founded an HRTech platform and collaborates with leading product and outsourcing companies. Her expertise includes optimizing hiring processes, reducing time-to-hire, and developing HRTech solutions.
She serves as a lecturer and mentor for tech professionals and C-level IT managers in projects by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the United Nations Global Compact in Ukraine, Projector, Choice31, and Beetroot Academy.
Petro has over 10 years of experience in law and is one of the early LegalTech innovators in Ukraine. In 2017, he transitioned from traditional legal practice to building technology-driven solutions aimed at simplifying complex legal processes by combining law, design, and technology.
Petro leads the Artificial Intelligence practice at Juscutum Legal Engineering. His fintech product ReporTax was recognized as one of the top 10 fintech startups in 2019, while several LegalTech products he contributed to were nominated for the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers awards. A graduate of Legal Design School and Y Combinator Startup School, Petro applies user-centric and product-oriented methodologies to legal and regulatory challenges.
Expert in artificial intelligence regulation with over 10 years of legal experience, Andrii is a senior associate at an international law firm.
He works with AI regulatory frameworks, structuring technology-driven businesses, international scaling, and team relocation, helping companies adapt to changes in the legal landscape and meet new regulatory requirements.
Oleksandr Zayoma is a public speaking and presentation skills coach, as well as a speechwriter. He has 17 years of experience in education, 13 of which have been dedicated to helping individuals enhance their speeches and communication skills. He has collaborated with leading Ukrainian and international companies, including DTEK, Ajax, Fozzy Group, Kernel, TEVA, Roche, Deloitte, PWC, Luxoft, GlobalLogic, Ciklum, MacPaw, Readdle, and others.
Oleksandr is a certified English teacher (CELTA) and holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, as well as a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Institute of Postgraduate Education at the same university.
Pavlo has 7+ years of experience in product management, focusing on AI/ML and hardware solutions. He has worked with MHP, Metinvest, and Nova Poshta, and has also founded two startups. His expertise includes user research, product hypothesis development, and MVP launches.
At Nova Poshta, he initiated the development of the “Where is Cheaper” AI feature for the mobile app, helping double monthly recurring revenue (MRR) by attracting new users in the international segment.
Viktor Bohdanov has over 10 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, building and leading marketing teams, and running campaigns with a pipeline exceeding 7-figure USD.
He specializes in strategic all-bound projects that generate qualified leads, drive business growth, and enhance loyalty among clients and teams.
Beyond marketing, Viktor is also a journalist, writing for HackerNoon about marketing, AI, Web3, and the development of Ukrainian tech, and conducting interviews with entrepreneurs and industry experts.
Expert in marketing and positioning within defense-tech, robotics, and energy sectors, with over 13 years of experience. She has worked with Ecoflow, DroneUA, XAG, Oschadbank, TM Veres, GrainTech Expo, and AgroComplex.

Bohdan Diorditsa is CIAO at Vyriy Industries, a miltech company, former head of Esper Ukraine, and advisor to the startup Sugarrr.

Ivan Osadchyy is the CEO and co-founder of Knopka, a Ukrainian MedTech startup developing an emergency call system for hospital staff, paired with an IoT device.
Ivan oversees the company’s strategic development, builds partnerships, and expands its international presence, ensuring the product is integrated in hospitals across Ukraine and abroad.
The system has already received the Seal of Excellence from the European Commission and was showcased at CES.
Evgeniya Glizer is a Ukrainian entrepreneur and education and business development expert with over 9 years of experience, and a mentor and lecturer for the Google for Startups program on digital strategies.
She manages educational projects, implements digital solutions, and helps companies and professionals build strategic thinking and skills for effective business growth.
She is also an active advocate for Women in Tech and works to develop the educational ecosystem.
