Objective:
WinWin Deep Tech Accelerator is a 3-month intensive, non-equity program designed to fast-track startups pushing the boundaries in deep tech domains like AgriTech, Cybersecurity, Autonomous Systems, Robotics, BioTech, Quantum Computing, and more. Participants will learn how to build and scale their products and compete for a $10,000 prize!
The Accelerator was created with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine as part of the Good Governance Fund project “Innovation Ecosystem” funded by UK International Development. Project delivery partners are Abt Global and KPMG in Ukraine in partnership with AI HOUSE, with the participation of the Ukrainian Startup Fund. The Programme was developed under the innovative vision of WINWIN.
Who is it for?
- Early-stage Deep Tech startups: teams developing AI, ML, AgriTech, BioTech, Cybersecurity, Robotics, and more, aiming to scale from prototype to market-ready.
- Tech entrepreneurs: innovators seeking mentorship, resources, and networks to advance their deep tech ventures.
- Researchers and innovators: those looking to commercialise scientific breakthroughs in deep tech.
- Sector-specific startups: focused on AgriTech, BioTech, Robotics, and similar fields, seeking industry connections and growth strategies.

What to expect:
- 3 month of intensive work – 8 startup teams.
- Access to resources, mentorship, and a collaborative environment to help startups progress from prototypes to market-ready products, focusing on data utilisation and commercialisation strategies.
- Skills in product development, business strategy, leadership, and team training through targeted workshops and hands-on sessions.
- Opportunities to connect with industry leaders, partners, and investors through strategic networking, fostering collaborations and funding.
- 360-degree feedback from experts and peers to validate startup concepts, business models, and technology readiness.
- A supportive community for collaboration and knowledge sharing, leveraging collective strengths for mutual success.
- Preparation to craft compelling pitches, culminating in a Demo Day to present to investors and industry leaders, aiming for investment or product integration with large enterprises.
We’ll take care of:

**Partial compensation for hostel or hotel accommodation is available for participants coming from other cities, upon request. If you need help with living arrangements, please mention it in the registration form.
Speakers
- Over 4 years of experience as a Python Software Engineer.
- 5+ years in product management roles, including:
- Product Owner at a B2B product (Competera),
- Growth Product Manager in the Monetization Team (Headway),
- Product Manager in the AI (R&D) Team (Headway).
For the past 1.5 years, he has been building and developing the AI direction within the company.
Eugene Hauptmann — a faith-centric technologist, a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and consultant, founder of REACTIVE LIONS INC., a leading provider of software solutions in the U.S. with a team of over 50 engineers developing AI-powered products for Fortune 500 companies. His clients include Nasdaq, N26, NVIDIA, and BBC News.
Eugene possesses deep expertise in areas such as Deep Tech, FinTech, artificial intelligence, machine learning, healthcare, space technologies, mergers and acquisitions, and more. He actively advises emerging entrepreneurs and provides expert recommendations to serial entrepreneurs on technological strategies.
Nataliya Limonova — Founder & CEO of the global innovative online school GIOS and Chairwoman of the Board at EdTech Ukraine Association.
In 2019, Nataliya founded GIOS, an international interactive platform for learning mathematics powered by AI, as well as a tutor marketplace for K-12 students and teachers. In 2021, she became an International Partner of the World Business Angel Investment Forum (WBAF) representing Ukraine and joined the Board of the WBAF Global Startup Committee.
Bohdan Diorditsa — Head of Esper Ukraine at Esper Bionics and Advisor Sugarrr startup. His core expertise includes strategic planning, partnership development, and key relationship management.
Bohdan strengthens the company’s position in international markets by focusing on innovation and social responsibility. He has initiated programs to support Ukrainian military personnel and civilians in need of prosthetics through partnerships with donors and charitable organizations.
Inna Maslenchuk — Head of Health System Integration and Client Success Management (CSM) at Zipline. She specializes in health system integration, large-scale project management, government relations, and partnerships, with over 10 years of experience in healthcare and MedTech. In her role at Zipline, she leads the Health System Integration direction, implementing innovative solutions for the rapid delivery of medical supplies.
Previously, Inna spearheaded strategic initiatives for procuring innovative medicines at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. She is a strong advocate for expanding access to healthcare through innovation and cross-sector collaboration.
Volodymyr Gaplik — commercial leader with deep expertise in Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Finance and M&A on operational and HQ levels.
He is the co-founder of FarmFleet, a Ukrainian AgTech company specializing in optimizing agricultural business processes through drones and advanced technologies. Over the past year, the company has achieved 30% financial growth and expanded its presence in Europe and North America.
Evelina Holovanova — Ukrainian Startup Fund coordinator, responsible for implementing international initiatives and projects, including selecting and supporting Ukrainian startups at global conferences such as Web Summit, TechCrunch, Collision, and others. She also serves as a Program Manager in partnership with the European Institute of Innovation and Technology.
Evelina has successfully launched numerous projects for startups in Ukraine, including the first educational course for startups on Prometheus, Ukraine’s largest online learning platform. She is also a co-author of the book “20 Ukrainian Startups: Success Stories.”
Maryna Nikitchuk — Sales Development Leader with over a decade of experience in sales growth, helping B2B companies optimize their LinkedIn outreach strategies. She currently serves as a B2B Sales Business Partner at Expandi.io.
Leveraging her expertise in capital markets across the US and UK regions, Maryna implements global sales development strategies with a focus on scalable processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Inna Lohvin — communications and marketing expert with 5+ years of hands-on experience in strategy, brand development, PR, SMM, event, and email marketing. She currently leads key product partnerships at Headway, a global leader in microlearning trusted by 100 million users across 170 countries.
With extensive experience in communications, Inna employs a personalized approach to negotiations and partner integration, strengthening Headway’s position in the microlearning industry.
Olena Domashovets is the Lead Affiliate & Partnerships Manager at Dripify, having previously worked as the Partnerships Development Manager at MacPaw.
Olena is a leading partner manager with over 5 years of experience in customer service and partnership management, driving global companies to join Dripify’s partnership programs. The company provides sales professionals with LinkedIn automation tools that allow them to optimize outreach, personalize messages, and accelerate lead generation.
Oleg Zaremba — an entrepreneur, engineer, co-founder and CTO of AiSDR, a two-time Y Combinator alumnus, and a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. Oleg also taught a course on startup creation at the Ukrainian Catholic University.
In 2017, he co-founded AXDRAFT, where he served as CTO and led the development of automation solutions. After six years at AXDRAFT, Oleh, together with his brother Yuriy, founded AiSDR, where he continues to drive innovation in artificial intelligence and sales automation.
Nick Oseyko — an engineer, entrepreneur, and the founder and CEO of Carbominer, a Ukrainian climate tech startup developing technologies for capturing CO₂ from open air for use in agriculture and other industries. In 2023, Carbominer was among the winners of the Google for Startups CEE program and received a grant from the EIC Accelerator Fund.
With 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, finance, and human resources management, Nick actively shares his expertise and provides guidance to Ukrainian startup founders, emphasizing the importance of openness to new knowledge and adaptability to challenges.
Alex Klimenko — CTO at Zibra AI, with over 15 years of engineering and managerial experience. This includes six years as CTO at esurance.ch, where he led the company through various growth stages, transforming it from a startup into a successful enterprise with numerous strategic partnerships.
With a strong background in applied mathematics and AI, Alex joined Zibra AI in 2023 to drive technological strategy and enhance operational excellence. His expertise also spans areas such as machine learning, and the philosophy of AI.
Oleksandr Puchka — an experienced technology leader serving as the VP of Technology at Zibra AI. He has extensive expertise in game engine development, rendering, and optimization. Previously, he worked as a rendering programmer at Ubisoft, contributing to the ports of renowned games like Assassin’s Creed: Rogue and Syndicate, and collaborating with leading hardware manufacturers such as Intel and AMD.
Oleksandr also held roles as a C++ developer at Luxoft, focusing on video codecs and image processing, and worked at ISD and Hooligans Entertainment. Since joining ZibraAI, he has built a strong production team and successfully launched the company’s initial products. As VP of Technology, he is now responsible for the company’s technological and product strategy.
Dmytro Suslov — an entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience, co-founder, and CEO of Uspacy, a company that develops digital corporate workspaces for small and medium-sized businesses.
Dmytro holds an Executive MBA with honors from the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School. Under his leadership, Uspacy has become a popular platform for organizing work processes, chosen by various organizations, including state agencies such as the “Made in Ukraine” Industrial Development Agency. Dmytro actively represents the company at international conferences, including Web Summit 2023, Latitude59 in Tallinn, and Uspacy has also received a $100K grant from Google for Startups.
Ross Yomutbayev evaluates 30-50 startups every month and leads the product analytics direction within the investment team, focusing on user retention and engagement metrics to assess the potential of startups.
Ross helps portfolio companies with fundraising by improving pitch materials and connecting founders with the investor network of Vesna Capital, a venture fund specializing in deep technologies and innovative startups.
Evgeniya Glizer — a Ukrainian entrepreneur, expert in education and business development, mentor and lecturer at Google on digital strategies, and co-founder and CEO of Choice31, an online university founded in 2021 under the aegis of Netpeak Group.
Evgeniya is actively involved in promoting the development of technological education in Ukraine and is an ambassador for Wtech, an organization that advocates for the inclusion of women in the technology sector.
Dmytro Safonov is a seasoned investment analyst with investments in Cresta, Hour One, Omnea, and Libeo.
Dmytro’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Vienna and a Master’s degree in International Economics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from the same institution.
Oleksandr Zayoma is a public speaking and presentation skills coach, as well as a speechwriter. He has 17 years of experience in education, 13 of which have been dedicated to helping individuals enhance their speeches and communication skills. He has collaborated with leading Ukrainian and international companies, including DTEK, Ajax, Fozzy Group, Kernel, TEVA, Roche, Deloitte, PWC, Luxoft, GlobalLogic, Ciklum, MacPaw, Readdle, and others.
Oleksandr is a certified English teacher (CELTA) and holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, as well as a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Institute of Postgraduate Education at the same university.
Oleksandra Boguslavska is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, founder, and CEO of Data Science UA. In 2016, she organized the first Data Science conference in Kyiv, initiating the creation of a community that now comprises over 15,000 engineers specializing in data and artificial intelligence.
Under Oleksandra’s leadership, Data Science UA provides IT recruitment services, Data Science consulting, corporate training, and facilitates the establishment of R&D centers for international companies in Ukraine. Since 2020, the company has launched dozens of R&D centers for European and American companies developing innovative AI products in various fields, including consulting, medicine, search, insurance, and intelligent video analytics.
Vira Romanova holds a PhD in Psychology and is the co-founder and HR Director of METHOD4U, an ecosystem for psychological assistance. She has over 18 years of experience in scientific research and teaching psychology at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Vira is an expert in projects with the UN, WHO, and UN Women, and has consulted for over 100 organizations, including Amazon, Marvel, Slack, WHO, Impact Force, UN Women, and Ferrexpo. In 2015–2016, she represented Ukraine at the UN on issues concerning people facing difficult life circumstances.
Anastasiia Kaisyn is a certified psychologist and HR management expert with over 8 years of experience. She began her career as a psychologist, gaining deep insight into people’s potential.
Currently, Anastasiia leads the People & Culture department at Valtech Ukraine and Poland, where she applies a systematic approach and STEM design to achieve impactful results. She actively promotes constructive feedback and corporate culture development, striving to foster a positive and productive work environment within the company.
Lesia Polivod is the Product Growth Lead at BIGVU. With over 8 years of experience in product growth and product marketing, she has worked with leading B2B companies such as Veon, PandaDoc, and SplitMetrics, as well as innovative edtech organizations like Reforge and Projector.
She holds certification from the Product Marketing Alliance and completed a specialization in leadership and management at Harvard Business School. As a mentor at Projector Institute, Lesia shares practical advice and proven strategies with aspiring product marketers.
Ihor Markevych is the EIT Community Officer in Ukraine, with over a decade of experience in the tech and innovation sector. He serves as the primary liaison for EU-Ukraine collaboration and investment in technology and innovation. Recognized as the “Eurasian Ecosystem Hero 2023” by the Global Startup Awards for his efforts in ecosystem development, Ihor plays a pivotal role in driving the resilience and growth of Ukraine’s startup ecosystem.
He is the organizer of Ukraine’s largest tech event, IT Arena, as well as the regional finals of the Startup World Cup and the Tech Ecosystem Summit, which includes special awards. His unique combination of legal, investment, and tech expertise enabled him to establish the Ukrainian Startup Fund—the first government agency dedicated to supporting startups in Ukraine—which has grown to become one of the largest angel investors in Eastern Europe.
Volodymyr Petrov is the Director of Engineering at People.ai. Since 2014, he has been building startups and engineering teams. In 2016, he joined People.ai as the first engineer, helping grow the company from its early stages to a billion-dollar business. He strongly believes that developing Ukrainian businesses is the fastest path to Ukraine’s prosperity.
Volodymyr supports startups with advice on finding product-market fit, securing investments, hiring, and IT solutions. He also helps product companies improve their Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.

At the final Demo Day event, eight deep tech teams pitched their solutions to an expert jury, showcasing how much their products and skills had evolved over the three months of the acceleration programme.
The first place and the $10,000 prize were awarded to the Enhance Your Ability team [EYA]. We’re proud of all the startups that joined and grew during the accelerator – EYA, Ultra-botics, Tayra.ai, Sperow, Request, Oh My Perfect Form, Achief, and JobAtlas.

How to participate?
Step 1: Application Submission
- Fill out the registration form, which can be individual or team-based.
- One idea – one application.
- For team applications, the CEO or startup leader/initiator fills out the form.
Step 2: Brief Online Meeting
- After receiving your application, we will schedule a short 15-minute online meeting.
- During the meeting, you will meet the AI HOUSE team and one or more community experts.
Step 3: Internal Discussion and Decision
- After the online meeting, your application will be reviewed internally.
- Selection will be done gradually, and applicants will be notified of the results based on the timing of their application submission, but not sooner than 7 business days.
- One week before the project starts, all participants will be informed about the decision regarding their participation.

We will invite the participants with the most relevant motivation letters, experience and who are ready to fully commit to the program.

The programme emphasises key areas such as industry engagement, data access and utilisation, staff training, development, and commercialisation strategies. Each participant’s knowledge in these areas will be assessed on a scale from 1 to 5, where:

What is the registration deadline?

Can I participate, if I am interested in AI, but do not have technical knowledge?
Yes. Teams can include multidisciplinary specialists, such as ML engineers, data analysts, product managers, marketing specialists, etc. However, to participate, you should have basic knowledge in this area.

Can I participate remotely?
Unfortunately, no. For full interaction, you need to be present in Kyiv for offline events.
