Objective:

Together with the startup Mantis Analytics, which conducts AI-powered information field monitoring for both physical and informational risk management , we’re uniting the active Ukrainian AI community. The aim is to collaboratively find and develop AI solutions that will assist Ukrainian media, fact-checkers and public figures in countering disinformation and harmful information in the digital information space.

Who is it for:

  • Professionals in Data Sciences;
  • Senior specialists in the field of ML/DL/DS;
  • Must: knowledge of Python and NLP at the expert level.

  • Bring your laptop;
  • Have an account on the Kaggle platform.

What to expect:

  • During 3 days, you will search for solutions to counter disinformation using AI. The final task is to create a model that will detect potential disinformation. The challenge platform is Kaggle.
  • You can join with pre-formed teams or find a team on the platform. The recommended team size is 3-4 people.
  • Mentors will assist you if any aspects of the task are unclear. However, participants will need to find solutions independently with their teams.
  • You will receive technical guidance on data collection and narrative detection from the startup Mantis Analytics, which monitors the information landscape using AI.
  • The teams with the most successful solutions will have the opportunity to scale their ideas after the event with Mantis Analytics. And the winning team will receive prizes from AI HOUSE and partners.
