About:

A technical meetup for engineers working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, embedded systems, and next-generation devices.

We’ll discuss how AI extends beyond pure software and begins operating within devices: from security sensors and edge computing to autonomous drones, robotics, and industrial AI solutions.

We will cover key technical challenges, practical cases, and architectures that enable building systems capable of running reliably even under limited resources.

The event serves as a platform for engineers working in Embedded AI, Edge ML, Computer Vision, and robotics to share their experiences.

Who is it for:

  • Middle-level engineers in Embedded Systems, Edge AI, Robotics
  • ML and CV engineers with 3+ years of experience
  • AI system architects working with hardware-aware models and device-level optimization

To participate:

  • Fill in the [registration form]
  • After our confirmation, donate from 500 UAH to the NGO "Reactive Post"

What you'll gain:

  • A deep understanding of the main challenges in building reliable Computer Vision systems in real-world conditions — weather changes, lighting shifts, occlusions, reflections, and concept drift.
  • Practical approaches to efficient video understanding: architecture patterns, optimizations for low-power devices, and principles of multi-sensor fusion.
  • Insight into what’s coming in next-gen Edge AI: hardware-aware models, aggressive compression methods, adaptive on-device learning, and other trends shaping the future of edge systems.
  • The ability to evaluate when it actually makes sense to move CV algorithms to the edge — and what trade-offs it requires (performance, energy consumption, accuracy, latency).
  • A practical roadmap for deploying CV solutions to the edge: from data to training, optimization, deployment, and model monitoring.
